Worth-A-Shot is proud to have joined together with the NRA in the production of the Ladies Pistol Projects!
We have been involved in this incredible project since 2019. This project hits very close to our heart. The event is powerful and empowering for a number of reasons.
During the Ladies Pistol Project project we gather a large number of women together with varied ages and skill level. We put together a list of firearms based on the specific project. The women will then shoot each firearm and perform a clearing drill on each. Immediately following firing each firearm, the shooter will then fill out a survey rating each aspect of the firearm. A list is developed using the scores from the survey.
This list is intended to give women a starting point for finding which firearm is best for them.
This project is intended to help women find the firearm that is right for them, rather than being directed to the revolver case in their local gun stores. The Ladies Pistol Project does so much more than that though, the project empowers women. That means so much to us and we are so proud to be a part of this Incredible endeavor with the NRA.
